Lack of communication
I placed an order months ago, received 0 information about it for weeks, asked the chat box for a refund. Weeks after that I received an update and apology explaining a tariffs/warehousing issue, all of which is understandable. Some time after that I received a tracking number for my order and it arrived in another week and a half. The product itself is lovely, and while there is grace for mishaps, issues, shipping problems etc... the lack of information on the website about the tariffs issues , and the lack of communication after my order was placed is enough to say I won't be returning.
