Your order number is on the SMS or email order confirmation we sent you after you placed the order. Please include this number in all correspondence.

We have partnered up with The Undies Project to help us find shelters that are in need of women’s underwear. Most of the shelters in their network are located in New York and Connecticut. 

For every order placed through wearnkd.com, we donate a pair of underwear to a women’s shelter.

We provide tracking for orders over $24. We do offer tracking for purchases under $24 for a $2 fee. You can select that at the time of checkout. 


Orders are normally processed within 3-5 business days (Monday - Friday) from the day we receive your order. Keep in mind we hand pack your order - no automated machines here! You will receive an order and a shipping confirmation via SMS or email.

We ship all orders through USPS. Please allow 10-20 business days for your order to arrive. 


NOTE: Due to COVID-19, USPS is experiencing shipping delays. We appreciate your patience for your underwear to arrive. 


If you believe your order was lost in transit, or says delivered and you have not received it, you can file a claim with USPS here: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm


All claims are the customer's responsibility with the carrier. We do not issue refunds when orders are lost in transit. 

Due to sanitary reasons, all orders are final and we cannot accept returns.
